These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the TillioPOS System (“Software”, “Platform”, “Service”), provided by ListFleet LLC, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Provider”, “We”, “Us”). By subscribing to, accessing, or using TillioPOS, you (“Customer”, “User”, “You”) agree to these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • TillioPOS System: The cloud-based point-of-sale and inventory management software offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

  • User: Any person authorized by the Customer to access and use the Service.

  • Customer: The entity or individual who subscribes to and uses the Service.

  • Subscription: The free or paid license granting access to TillioPOS on a time-limited or recurring basis.


2. Plans and Scope of Service

TillioPOS provides a POS and inventory management system for shops, restaurants, cafes, department stores, and warehouses.

We offer:

  • Basic Free Plan: Limited features suitable for small businesses.

  • Premium Plans: Paid subscriptions that provide advanced features, increased user limits, and extended functionality.

We may update or modify features at any time to improve performance and security.


3. User Accounts

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Each subscription is limited to the agreed number of users and terminals.

  • Unauthorized use of accounts may result in suspension or termination.


4. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

  • The Basic Plan is free of charge but subject to usage limitations.

  • Premium Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) as per the chosen subscription plan.

  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • Prices are subject to change, with at least 30 days’ prior notice for paid plans.


5. Data Ownership and Security

  • All business data entered into TillioPOS by the Customer remains the sole property of the Customer.

  • ListFleet will not sell, share, or disclose Customer data to third parties, except as required by law.

  • Data backups are performed regularly; however, Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups.

  • Security measures are implemented, but ListFleet is not liable for breaches caused by factors beyond reasonable control.


6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and system usage.

  • Provide necessary hardware, internet connection, and compatible devices.

  • Not misuse the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities.


7. Support

  • Support is provided via email communication only.

  • Customers may access tutorial and training videos published by ListFleet on YouTube for self-learning and guidance.

  • Response times may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry.


8. Limitations of Liability

  • The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

  • ListFleet is not responsible for:

    • Losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete data entry.

    • Downtime due to internet, third-party hosting failures, or force majeure events.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits.


9. Termination

  • Customers may terminate their subscription at any time by written notice.

  • ListFleet may suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

    • Non-payment (for Premium Plans).

    • Violation of these Terms.

    • Misuse of the Software.

  • Upon termination, Customer data will remain accessible for 30 days for export before permanent deletion.


10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received during the course of using the Service, except where disclosure is legally required.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
